3. A temperatura, cuja indicação na escala Fahrenheit é 5 vezes maior que a da escala Celsius, é:
a) 50°C.
b) 40°C.
c) 30°C.
d) 20°C.
e) 10°C.

Basta vc usar a fórmula de conversão de ºC para °F
°C/5=°F-32/9
como ele disse q a temperatura em °F é 5X o valor da temperatura em °C, basta vc substituir por 5°C.
C/5= 5C-32/9
a partir daí é só conta:
9C= 25C-800
25C-9C= 800
16C=800
C=800/16
C=50°C > Alternativa a)
pq 800? nao é 160?
na verdade é x\5=5x-36\9
vai ficar 9x=25x-160
-16x=-160 .-1
x=160\16
x=10
e) 10°C

Gostaria de saber de onde saiu o 160 do Matheus.
É simples:
10 x 9 = 90
-32 x 5 = -160
5x = -160 + 90 = 250
5x = 250/5 = 50
x = 50°F
Raquel, você tem que achar o ΔT na escala Fahrenheit e esse ΔT é igual a 180.
DEPOIS É SÓ SIMPLIFICAR O ΔT.
180 CORTA O ZERO = 18 E /2 = 9
AGORA NA ESCALA DE Celsius pega o ΔT da escala Celsius que é 100.
SIMPLICA JUNTO COM ΔT de Fahrenheit.
100 CORTA O ZERO = 10 / 2 = 5
ENTÃO FICA:
ΔT DE CELSIUS: 5
ΔT DE FAHRENHEIT: 9
10°C SOBRE 5 , -32 SOBRE 9
MULTIPLICA CRUZADO.
10 X 9 = 90
-32 X 5 = -160

5 vezes maior ( x>> 5x)
Se chamarmos de x, teremos que
X/5= 5x – 32/9
multiplicamos o 5 que está debaixo do x por 5x – 32 e multiplicamos o 9 pelo x
9.x= (5x – 32).5/9
9x=25x – 160
9x – 25x=160
16x=160
x= 10° C
