A constante elástica da mola (de massa desprezível) que une os blocos vale 1000 N/m e o movimento do sistema se dá na mesma linha vertical. Adote g=10m/s2 . Qual é em cm, a deformação da mola?

Isolar os corpos e observa as forças:

Cancelar a força elástica no sistema acima, resulta em:
F + 2P = 2m . a
200 + 2 . 100 = 2 . 10 . a
400 = 20a
a = 20m/s2
Na segunda equação do sistema, podemos encontrar a deformação da mola:
P + kx = m . a
100 + 1000x = 10 . 20
1000x = 200 – 100
x = 100/1000
x = 0,1 m ou x = 10cm
