Quatro moradores ( A,B,C e D) de uma pequena cidade do nordeste, bneficiada pelo Programa “Fom zro”, têm suas residencias localizadas nos limites da cidade nos pontos A,B,C D, q estao projetadas no plano cartesiano com medidas em km, cujas coordenadas são, respectivamente (-3,13),(4,9),(7,-7) (0,-3).Sabe-se q: A e C, B e D são extremos(vertices) opostos formam um parallogramo;Existe uma avenida q liga A a C e outra q liga B a D; e F é o ponto de cruzamento entr essas avnidad. No dia 10 d cada mês, esses moradores fazem a retirada da bolsa alimentação doada pelo Programa “Fome zero”, no mesmo local considerado como ponto F. Determine a distancia q o morador q se localiza no ponto G de coordenadas (-10,3) deverá percorrer para receber a bolsa alimentação eem km é igual a:
