Com base no que foi exposto acima, podemos afirmar que
I) Foucault foi extremamente influenciado por Nietzsche no que tange ao seu método genealógico de análise da história e das práticas sociais.
II) Foucault declara que o melhor método para se educar uma criança é aquele baseado no medo e na coerção.
III) Foucault compila a sua própria história sobre as práticas soberanas e disciplinares na medida em que não faz uma análise contínua e progressiva dos poderes e técnicas que surgem e desaparecem na sociedade.
IV) a intenção de Foucault não era a de mostrar a relação entre verdade, poder, saber e as instituições sociais.
